Delete your Memgine account
Memgine, provided by Mynika Tech, gives customers a way to request deletion of their accounts and associated personal information. You can initiate deletion inside the app or contact us without installing the app.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Memgine using your customer account.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Customer account deletion is permanent for account access. Some records may be retained as described below.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
Send a deletion request to support@mynikatech.in using the email subject Memgine Account Deletion Request.
Include the phone number associated with your account, including its country code, so we can locate the correct record. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing your request. Never email your OTP or password.

- Your customer account access is disabled and existing sessions are revoked.
- Personal profile and account-identifying data are deleted or anonymized according to the applicable deletion process.
- Customer links to organizations are deactivated as part of the account-deletion process.
- Some subscription, payment, redemption, tax, fraud-prevention, security or audit records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. Such records are retained only for the applicable required period and handled under our privacy policy.
Deleting a Memgine account does not necessarily cancel or refund an existing membership purchased from a participating business. For membership-specific questions, contact the business or Memgine support.
Business administrator and staff accounts
Business accounts are provisioned and managed by authorized administrators. To request removal of business access or deletion of related personal information, contact your organization's administrator or email support@mynikatech.in. Requests involving organization records may require additional verification and review.
