Membership questions
For questions about a particular business’s membership, benefits, offer conditions, cancellation, refund or redemption eligibility, please contact that participating business directly.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the Memgine app under Profile → Delete Account.
Deleting your Memgine account removes your access to Memgine, but does not automatically cancel or refund an active membership with a participating business.
